Alkali Metals has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with 'Code of Conduct' for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for transaction in shares of the Company will remain closed for designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Employees, Connected persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ending on 31st December, 2025. The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending on 31st December, 2025 will be informed in due course of time.
