Pursuant to Regulation 30 and all other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time (‘Listing Regulations’) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 (referred to as ‘SEBI Circulars’), Clean Science and Technology has informed that, Parth Ashok Maheshwari (DIN: 09774080), Whole-Time Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 31stDecember, 2025 to pursue his personal interest and he confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation. The information, as required under aforesaid SEBI Circulars is enclosed as Annexure-A. The letter of resignation enclosed as Annexure-B. The Board of Directors has noted and accepted his resignation through a resolution passed by circulation dated 31st December, 2025. Further it has informed that, after his resignation there is no impact on the Board composition as per Regulation 17 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.
