Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations Dalmia Bharat has informed that the company (‘DCBL’), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received an Order from the Superintendent of CGST & CX, Range-II, Div-II of Bokaro, Jharkhand, under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Jharkhand Goods & Service Tax Act 2017, pursuant to adjudication proceedings of a show cause notice regarding disallowance of Input Tax Credit (ITC) for FY 2018-19 to 2022-23. The Order has imposed a demand of tax along with interest and penalty as under: 1) Tax: Rs. 11,15,812/- along with interest; and 2) Penalty: Rs. 14,06,739/-. The company has good grounds to contest and will file appeal against the said Order before the Appellate Authority within prescribed timelines. The Order was received on December 31, 2025 at 04:50 p.m. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are provided in the Annexure.
