Suryo Foods & Industries has informed that in furtherance to prior intimation letters dated December 12, 2025, December 17, 2025 and December 26, 2025, for meeting of the Board of Directors ('Board') of Suryo Foods & Industries ('the Company') to be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, the meeting of the Board of the Company, subject to receipt of in-principle approval from BSE, will now be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, to consider and decide on various matters in connection with aforesaid Rights Issue such as determination of Issue price, Rights Entitlement ratio, Record date and other terms and conditions with respect to the Rights Issue, subject to the receipt of in-principle approval from the Stock Exchange or such other regulatory authorities as may be required.
