Pursuant to Regulation 30 and all other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SEBI Circulars’), Clean Science and Technology has informed that, Parth Ashok Maheshwari (DIN: 09774080), Director of the Clean Fino-Chem Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) (CFCL) has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of CFCL with effect from 1st January, 2026 from the closing of business hours to pursue his personal interest and he also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation. The information, as required under aforesaid SEBI Circulars is enclosed as Annexure-A. The letter of resignation enclosed as Annexure-B. The Board of Directors of CFCL has noted and accepted his resignation through a resolution passed by circulation dated 2nd January, 2026.
