Jayshree Chemicals has closed down the plant located at Ganjam in state of Odisha since October 12, 2013. The company has taken this step pursuant to severe Phailin cyclone and consequential power cut-off. The plant will start shortly after the power supply is restored.
Jayshree Chemicals manufactures caustic soda, chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydrosulphite, sulphur dioxide and sulphuric acid.
