General Insurance Corporation of India has informed that Ministry of Finance vide letter No. 15/1/2023- Vig dated 1st January 2026 has conveyed that the Department of Financial Services has decided to assign the additional charge for the post of the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC-Re) to Shri Uday Laxmandas Devi, CVO, Oriental Insurance Corporation Limited, in addition to his current assignment with effect from 29th December 2025, up to the period the CVC convey their decision on the transfer request of CVO, OICL or for a period of three (03) months or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
