Based on the confirmation received from Purva Sharegistry (I), Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, NGL Fine-Chem has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner within 15 days of receipt of certificate of security and details are furnished to the stock exchange. Further it has certified that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed.
