Foundry Fuel Products has ceased to be a sick industrial company as its net worth has turned positive. The company is therefore discharged from the purview of SICA/BIFR. The board has discharged IDBI from the responsibility of Monitoring Agency.
The company has received the certified copy of the order dated July 02, 2013 BIFR on October 11, 2013 from the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for the same. Besides, all creditors, statutory authorities are at a liberty to recover their dues, if any, according to sanctioned scheme.
Foundry Fuel Products company manufactures low ash metrological coke. It also trades in middlings and rejects, hard coke dust and slurry residue.
