Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) and further to intimation dated November 15, 2025, and other subsequent intimations regarding the proposal for change in the name of the Company, Crescentis Capital has informed that the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’), has approved the change in name of the Company from ‘Som Datt Finance Corporation’ to ‘Crescentis Capital’ on January 06, 2026. Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed to ‘Crescentis Capital’ with effect from January 06, 2026, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stand altered to reflect the said change. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs pursuant to the change of name is enclosed. Further, the Company has informed that it has initiated the necessary steps to give effect to the change of name with all concerned statutory authorities, regulators, and other stakeholders, including the Stock Exchange(s).
