Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nukleus Office Solutions has informed that Madan Mohan Lohia, Senior Management Personnel (SMP) has tendered his resignation from the position of Senior Vice-President - Sales of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on 14th January, 2026, due to some personal reasons and after mutual discussion with MD & CEO of the Company. There is no other material reason for his resignation. The relevant details as required under the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure-A. A copy of the resignation letter received from Madan Mohan Lohia is also attached. This intimation is being made in compliance with the above-referred regulations.
