Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Nuvama Wealth Management has informed regarding the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Mumbai with respect to the Company. There is no impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company or its subsidiaries/associates, pursuant to the above Order.
