Sayaji Hotels has entered into the Hotel Management Agreement with the Mahavan Resort LLP for the purpose of providing operational services and managing properties in line with the brand standards of the Company. Sayaji Hotels will Manage and Operate the 4-star rated Hotel owned by Mahavan Resort LLP located Somnath Gujrat. The Hotel property will consist of- 50 Key Rooms, 1 Banquet Hall, 1 Banquet Lawn, 2 Restaurants, Gym, SPA. The Brand Name to be used will be ‘The Forest Chapter’ by Sayaji. 

AVG Logistics has acquired a land parcel admeasuring 2,295 square metres located at Tahliwal, District Una, Himachal Pradesh, for the purpose of developing warehouse and ancillary unit. The acquired land is situated near to the Nestlé factory at Tahliwal, the location of the land offers strong infrastructure support, connectivity, and easy access to manpower. The acquisition is a strategic step in line with Company’s long-term strategy focused on capacity expansion and regional diversification.

Trident has received approval for the acquisition of Mytrident.com, an unlisted Public Limited Company as Domestic Wholly Owned Subsidiary (DWOS) of the Company. The object of Mytrident.com is to do business of trading, importing, exporting, marketing etc. in any manner whatsoever including online trading in and outside India in all type of goods. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on January 06, 2026 has approved the same. 

HCL Infosystems has allotted 10,00,000 unsecured non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 1000 each aggregating to Rs 100 crore to the HCL Capital through private placement on January 6, 2026.
