Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, 2015, Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing has informed that Innomech Aerospace Toolings, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has bagged order worth ?72.20 crores from Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL). The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 as amended read with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is attached herewith and marked as Annexure A to this letter.
