Zaggle, Adani Green Energy and HUDCO to see some action today

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Cubastion Consulting. Zaggle would provide the facility to procure and lease Mobile phones to the Employees of Cubastion Consulting Private Limited under Zaggle ‘s Employee Purchase Programme. 

Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary -- Adani Green Energy Twenty Five B has entered into Power Consumption Agreement and Tripartite Agreement for supply of 20.8 MW of solar-wind hybrid power to Asahi India Glass. The said solar-wind hybrid power shall be supplied from 25 MW solar power plant unit and 20.8 MW wind power plant unit, both, located at Khavda, Gujarat. Further, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five B and Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four, have also signed Investment Agreement with Asahi India Glass on January 07, 2026.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Chhattisgarh, on January 7, 2026 at Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. As per this non-binding MoU, HUDCO may provide financial assistance of up to Rs 1 lakh crore during next five years for execution of different housing and infrastructure projects in the State of Chhattisgarh.  

AVG Logistics has launched a new and strategically important business vertical, in line with its commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship. It has introduced the transportation of liquid cargo using high-grade ISO tanks, designed in strict adherence to global safety and quality standards, with its first customer, Chemplast Sanmar. This newly launched liquid cargo transportation vertical is structured to efficiently and safely transport bulk liquid chemicals across key industrial corridors. Each train is designed to carry 96 ISO tank containers, with a total carrying capacity of approximately 3,100 tons per trip, generating an expected annual revenue of approximately Rs. 22-24 crore. This reflects the strong demand and commercial viability of AVG Logistics’ entry into this high-growth segment. 

ACS Technologies has received work order from Mahindra Defence Systems, marking a significant milestone for its organization. This engagement represents Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration (SITCI) contract for security and communication systems. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is Rs 3.62 crore. 

Crizac has received approval for the acquisition of 51.04% of the Equity share capital of Global Tree Careers (GTCPL). The said acquisition is subject to fulfilment of customary conditions precedent, including such other conditions as mutually agreed between the parties. Consequent to the completion of the aforesaid acquisition, GTCPL will become a subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition is undertaken as part of the company’s strategy for business expansion. 

Midwest has received approval from Board of Directors to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary Company in Sierra Leone. The Company is actively exploring global opportunities to expand its HMS reserves in support of long-term growth and as a part of this initiative, Sierra Leone, a resource-rich West African nation, has been identified as a prospective location for additional HMS reserves.
