The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11324.25 crore against gross selling of Rs 15034.06 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3709.81 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2417.26 crore with gross sales of Rs 3138.19 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 720.93 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 653.77 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 1392.45 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 17.75 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 85.73 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.76 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 68.97 crore in hybrid segment.
