Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, TANFAC Industries has informed that the Company has signed a contract for supply of 7,500 MT of Fluorinated Chemicals with a Japanese customer for an estimated value of Rs.337.5 Crores per annum. The aforesaid said contract has been signed in normal course of business. Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure.
