Tata Consultancy Services has informed that it enclosed audited standalone financial results of the Company and audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, under Indian Accounting Standards, which have been approved and taken on record at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. The company has informed that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have declared a third interim dividend of INR 11 and a special dividend of INR 46 per Equity Share of INR 1 each of the Company. The third interim dividend and the special dividend shall be paid on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, January 17, 2026, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
