HCL Technologies, Meesho and TVS Supply Chain Solutions to see some action today

HCL Technologies (HCLTech) has entered into a multi-year partnership to design, build and manage a future-ready IT infrastructure for The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC), the world’s largest ice cream company. In the coming years, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force platform to embed AI across TMICC’s digital infrastructure.  

Meesho has received approval for the incorporation of a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The main objects of the newly to be incorporated entity inter- alia include engaging in the business of logistics service provider for the movement of goods and undertake activities relating to loading, unloading, in-transit storage, handling and trans-shipment of goods through third-party service providers, as incidental or ancillary to transportation services.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) has secured a three-year contract from DaimlerIndia Commercial Vehicles (DICV) to manage their in-plant warehouse operations at its manufacturing facility in Chennai. The partnership reinforces TVS SCS’s commitment to delivering efficient, technology-driven supply chain solutions to global automotive leaders. Approximately 700 employees from TVS SCS will be deployed for this engagement. 

Krystal Integrated Services has secured three major municipal solid waste management contracts from the Vasai–Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVCMC), with a combined contract value of approximately Rs 275 crore over a five-year period with an additional three-month preparatory phase. The mandates cover end-to-end municipal sanitation services in accordance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. 

Sical Logistics has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from South Eastern coalfields for project of Rs 4,038 crore (value of work including GST) at the Porda Chimtapani Open Cast project, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. Contract period is 4214 days. 

R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems has received approval for the proposed setup of new manufacturing unit under Brahmanand Pipes in Sinnar District Nashik Maharashtra. By setting up of new manufacturing unit under Brahmanand Pipes, will increase the company’s overall production capacity by approximately 50%, marking a decisive step in scaling operations, strengthening market positioning, and unlocking long-term shareholder value.

Indiqube Spaces has expanded into Bhubaneswar, marking its 17th city of operations across India. This launch makes Bhubaneswar IndiQube’s second city in East India after Kolkata, further strengthening the company’s pan India footprint and reinforcing its commitment to building scalable workspaces in emerging markets. The new center spanning over 45,000 sq. ft. is located in Patia, Infocity, a key business district and one of Bhubaneswar’s most prominent IT and commercial hubs.
