Balu Forge Industries has informed that the Income Tax Department (the Department) has conducted a search under the Income Tax Act, 1961 at some of our offices and manufacturing units on 07th January, 2026 and the same is concluded today, 13th January 2026. The Company, its Promoters and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) has fully co-operated with the officials and provided all documents/clarifications/details sought by them. No incriminating documents were found or seized by the Department during their operation. The business operations and production of the Company continued as usual and were not impacted due to the search. There is no material adverse impact on the financials position of Company. The company will continue to provide any further clarification /information that may be required.
