Firstsource Solutions, Interarch Building Solutions and NLC India to see some action today

Firstsource Solutions has acquired TeleMedik, a Puerto Rico based pioneer in the development and implementation of technological solutions. The acquisition significantly strengthens Firstsource’s end-to-end clinical and utilization management capabilities, expands its footprint across payer-provider networks, and further enriches the company’s fully integrated and differentiated Business Process as a Service (BPaaS++) offering for health plan clients.

Interarch Building Solutions has secured an order from a customer for Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply & erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Building System. Broad commercial consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is approximately Rs 130 crore including taxes. The said order is expected to be completed in 17 months.

NLC India (NLCIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat. The MoU is non-binding in nature and envisages the development of large-scale Renewable Energy (RE) projects in the State of Gujarat, including Solar, Wind, Hybrid and Battery Energy Storage Projects, with an aggregate investment potential of approximately Rs 25,000 crore and generation of substantial employment opportunities.  

Euphoria Infotech India has bagged an order worth gross value of Rs 1783.14 lakh from Webel Technology. The company shall provide the service of Implementation of IoT-Enabled Water Service, Delivery Measurement and Monitoring Sensing System of different Rural PWSS in the District Murshidabad under MEDB, PHE Dte. 

In a strategic move to promote Gujarat as a vibrant tourism destination across India, Thomas Cook (India) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Gujarat (Gujarat Tourism). The collaboration is aimed at enhancing Gujarat’s visibility and appeal among Indian travellers through focused destination promotion initiatives. This partnership brings together Gujarat Tourism’s destination development vision with Thomas Cook India’s extensive omnichannel, pan-India distribution network, focus on product development, deep consumer insights and marketing expertise.

Clenon Enterprises has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Clenon Properties’ vide certificate of Incorporation dated January 9, 2026 issued on January 13, 2026. The said WOS has been incorporated to acquire, purchase, lease, take on rent, develop, construct, own, operate, manage, maintain, let out, license, mortgage, sell, transfer, or otherwise deal in real estate, including land, buildings, warehouses, logistics parks, industrial parks, commercial complexes, godowns, cold storage facilities, yards, terminals, and infrastructure facilities. 

Kridhan Infra has incorporated a subsidiary company in the name and style of ‘Kridhan Mediatech’ on January 12, 2026. The new entity has been incorporated to carry on the business of producing, coproducing and developing cinematographic films and audio-visual content including films, web series, television programmes and digital content, and to distribute, market, license and exploit such content in India and abroad through theatres, television, OTT and digital platforms, and to enter into agreements and act as producers, distributors, licensors, agents or representatives in connection therewith. The company holds 70% stake in ‘Kridhan Mediatech’.
