Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Krebs Biochemicals and Industries informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, to consider and adopt the unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, it has already informed vide its letter dated December 22, 2025 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from closure of business hours on December 31, 2025 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
