As informed vide its letter of intimation dated 23rd December, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 23rd December, 2025 and shall continue to remain closed 09th February, 2026 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited standalone financial results for quarter and nine-month period ended 31st December, 2025.
