Sterlite Technologies has informed that in terms of the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOP 2016), 24,621 options exercisable into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company, at an exercise price of Rs 2 per option, have been granted to eligible employees in the meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board held on January 14, 2026. These stock options shall vest over a period of 3 (three) years and shall be capable of being exercised within a period of 5 (five) years from the date of vesting.
