The new ICAI Firm Registration Number (FRN) of M S K A & Associates LLP is 105047W/W101187. They will continue to function and discharge their obligations as the Joint Statutory Auditor for the remaining period of their tenure as the Statutory Auditor. In compliance with the Regulation 46 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the above intimation will also be hosted on the Company’s website and same can be accessed at www.bikaji.com.
