Bikaji Foods International has informed that one of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company i.e. M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm), have intimated the Company vide e-mail dated January 15, 2026 that the constitution of the Firm has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The new ICAI Firm Registration Number (FRN) of M S K A & Associates LLP is 105047W/W101187. They will continue to function and discharge their obligations as the Joint Statutory Auditor for the remaining period of their tenure as the Statutory Auditor. In compliance with the Regulation 46 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the above intimation will also be hosted on the Company’s website and same can be accessed at www.bikaji.com.
