Blue Star has informed that Venkata Rao Ponnada (DIN: 09177075), Executive Director - Projects, Solutions & International, owing to personal reasons, has tendered his resignation on January 15, 2026 at 8.11 am with a request to relieve him by Saturday, February 28, 2026. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held today, January 15, 2026, has accepted the resignation tendered by Rao. Accordingly, Rao shall be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on February 28, 2026. Details with respect to the above change as required under Regulation 30(6) of Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (as amended) is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure – I’ and the letter of resignation received from Rao is enclosed as ‘Annexure – II’.
