Waaree Energies’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Waaree Forever Energies has incorporated eight wholly-owned subsidiaries namely Positive Impact Renewables, Green Shift Power Ventures, Carbon Xcelerate Energy, Future Grid Energy, Clean Edge Energy, Future Volt Energy, Green Rise Projects and Blue Leaf Power.
The companies are incorporated solely for the purpose of facilitating and holding specific power projects under the IPP framework. The said companies are incorporated in India and yet to commence their business operations.
Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
