Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), AXISCADES Technologies has informed that the Company’s subsidiary, Mistral Solutions has secured supply order from Bharat Electronics (‘BEL’), Ministry of Defence, for supply of Signal and Data Processing Units along with associated spares. The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as ‘Annexure-I.’
