The offering, which was open for subscription between January 09, 2026 and January 13, 2026 was subscribed 143.85 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 23.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 21-23 apiece.
Bharat Coking Coal is engaged in producing various grades of coking coal, non-coking coal and washed coals for applications primarily in the steel and power industries. The company, a Miniratna Public Sector Undertaking, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coal India.
