Akme Fintrade (India) raises Rs 30 crore via NCDs

Akme Fintrade (India) has raised Rs 30 crore through the allotment of 30000 Secured, Listed, Rated, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 10,000 each on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on January 19, 2026 has allotted the same. 

Akme Fintrade (India) is a non-banking finance company (NBFC). It is primarily engaged in rural and semi-urban centric lending solutions to look after the needs and aspirations of rural and semi-urban populace.
