Bhanwar Lal Koolwal’s sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss of the Company, and all the directors and employees of the group convey deep sorrow and condolences to the family. Further, it has informed that he would cease to be Promoter of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 31A (6) (c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. A copy of the Death Certificate of Shri Bhanwar Lal Koolwal is enclosed as Annexure – A.
