HCL Technologies, Lupin and Indus Towers to see some action today

HCL Technologies (HCLTech) has been selected by Team Global Express, the largest multimodal logistics organization in Australia and New Zealand, to accelerate digital transformation with AI-powered solutions. HCLTech’s partnership with Team Global Express has grown rapidly. The new agreement consolidates the logistics major’s multi-vendor IT landscape into a single, strategic partnership with HCLTech as the trusted advisor to drive efficiency, innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Lupin has signed licensing and supply agreement through its subsidiary Lupin Atlantis Holdings SA (LAHSA) with Galenicum Health, S.L.U. (Galenicum) for finished formulations of injectable Semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. As per the agreement, Galenicum will oversee development, manufacturing and supply, while Lupin will handle regulatory submissions, approvals, and commercialization and distribution of Semaglutide across 23 countries globally, including Canada, Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Indus Towers’ step-down wholly owned subsidiary-- Indus Towers Ventures FZE has incorporated a subsidiary in Uganda namely ‘Indus Infra Uganda’, as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued on January 20, 2026. The object of the said entity is to carry on the business of establishing, erecting, installing, operating, managing, and maintaining telecommunication towers, masts, poles, antennas, and other related infrastructure for telecommunication, broadcasting, or wireless communication purposes, along with such other objects as specified in the Memorandum of Association. 

Centum Electronics has received an order from Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) for the supply of Advanced Naval Navigation Systems. This significant win marks a major milestone for the company, as it adds a completely new system tailored for deployment on frontline warships, to Centum's suite of offerings. 

Pace Digitek’s material subsidiary -- Lineage Power has received 2nd Advance Purchase Order (APO) of Rs 94.35 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) for Li-Ion Battery Solutions which includes supply, I&C and maintenance for 5 years.

Ksolves India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Kingpin Technology Consultants LLC has entered into a Business Partner Agreement with Gulf Consulting FZ LLE, UAE, on January 20, 2026. Under the said agreement, Gulf Consulting FZ LLE has been appointed as a business development partner to support the expansion of the Company’s software services business, with a primary focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and potential outreach to other regions.

Genus Power Infrastructures has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on January 20, 2026, for the acquisition of 86.49% of the equity shares of Newlectric Innovation (NIPL). The Company already holds 13.51% of the equity shares of NIPL. Upon completion of this transaction, NIPL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
