The work order pertains to Due diligence, consulting and advisory to obtain No Dues Certificate of property tax from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Property Tax Department for the data centre facility in TTC MIDC, Navi Mumbai.; Due diligence, advisory and consultancy on the development period of plots located in TTC MIDC, Navi Mumbai; and Consulting to obtain time extension order for plot located in TTC MIDC, Navi Mumbai. The said order is expected to be completed in 45 days.
