The work order pertains to: Scope 1 - Due diligence, consulting and advisory to obtain No Dues Certificate of property tax from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Property Tax Department for the data centre facility in TTC MIDC, Navi Mumbai. Scope 2 - Due diligence, advisory and consultancy on the development period of plots located in TTC MIDC, Navi Mumbai. Scope 3 - Consulting to obtain time extension order for plot located in TTC MIDC, Navi Mumbai. The details as required under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 as amended from time to time, are annexed as Annexure-1.
