Taken on record the consummation of transactions contemplated under share purchase agreement dated 29 June 2025; Taken on record acquisition of control of the Company by the Incoming Promoter and its classification as a promoter of the Company; Taken on record the resignation of non-executive non-independent directors; Taken on record the written request letter dated 21 January 2026 submitted by the Outgoing Promoter; and resignation of Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director.
