Wherrelz IT Solutions has informed that the Board Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company notified to be held on Wednesday, 21st January 2026, at 11:30 am via intimation of the same submitted to exchange on 14 January 2026, has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons and it will now be held on Saturday, the 24th January 2026 at 4.45 pm, virtually at the registered office of the Company. The agenda as sent along with the earlier notice remains unaltered and the same will be considered at the said meeting.
