Indus Towers has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat, India. The proposed WOS will, inter-alia, function as an investment holding company for the Company’s overseas subsidiaries and will also undertake treasury functions and other related activities permitted under the IFSC framework for the Company and its subsidiaries. The Committee of Directors (duly authorized Committee of the Board) in its meeting held on January 22, 2026 has approved the same.
