TCI Express’ wholly owned subsidiary -- TCI Express Pte has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares of TCI Global (Singapore) Pte. from TCI Holdings Asia Pacific Pte. Pursuant to completion of the aforesaid transaction, TCI Global (Singapore) Pte. has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of TCI Express, with effect from January 26, 2026.
TCI Express intends to expand its presence in the Singapore region. Accordingly, it is proposed to acquire TCI Global (Singapore), as the transaction is expected to be faster and more cost-effective.
TCI Express is engaged in offering transport, storage, warehousing and support services for transportation.
