Universal Cables has informed that in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 6th February, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine-Months ended 31st December, 2025. The said Financial Results shall be submitted for a ‘Limited Review’ by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further to notice dated 25th December, 2025, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Securities/Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 8th February, 2026, 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the Quarter and Nine-Months ended 31st December, 2025.
