With reference to its earlier intimations dated November 14, 2022, and August 8, 2024, with regard to investments and/or guarantees to be provided to its foreign subsidiaries, stepdown subsidiaries of such foreign subsidiaries and associates. In this regard, Bharat Forge has informed that the Company has made an investment in Bharat Forge Global Holding GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) by way of contribution to capital reserve amounting to Rs. 1,100.45 million / € 10 million.
