Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Archean Chemical Industries has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at Chennai, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (both the standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results will be forwarded immediately after the Meeting. Further, the company will be publishing the Financial Results as required under Regulation 47 of SEBI LODR. Furtherance to its earlier letter dated December 26, 2025 and considering the above, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall remain closed till the end of February 06, 2025.
