With reference to observation posted on BSE website and email dated December 19, 2025 seeking clarification on the significant movement in price of shares of the Company, Relicab Cable Manufacturing has informed that the Company has made all necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. They have not withheld any material information or announcement or impending announcement that in its opinion would have a bearing on the price / volume behavior in the scrip. Therefore, the significant movement in the share price / volume behavior of the scrip is purely due to market conditions and are market driven.
