Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III thereof, Gabion Technologies India has informed that it enclosed details of the multiple work/supply orders received by the Company in the ordinary course of business during the last week i.e. from January 25, 2026 to January 31, 2026. Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-A. Further Company has also received a Notice of No Objection (NONO) from Larsen & Toubro for the supply and use of Wire Mesh for slope protection works under the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) Project (Bullet Train Project). The approval was granted pursuant to successful testing of samples, which were found to be satisfactory. Accordingly, the NONO has been issued permitting procurement from the approved vendor, Gabion Technologies India (the Company).
