Petroleum stocks edged lower amid FY27 petroleum subsidy seen stable at Rs 12,090 crore. Earlier, the government allotted Rs 12,100 crore as petroleum subsidy for 2025-26.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 404.35, down by 22.50 points or 5.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 426.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 428.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 428.75 and Rs. 402.50 respectively.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 352.25, down by 11.75 points or 3.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 364.00 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 365.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 365.00 and Rs. 348.50 respectively.

Indian Oil Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 158.95, down by 4.15 points or 2.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 163.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 162.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 162.90 and Rs. 157.65 respectively.
