Fertilizer stocks fall even after government announces fertilizer subsidy for FY27 at Rs 1.7 lakh crore

Fertilizer stocks declined despite government has projected the fertilizer subsidy for the upcoming fiscal year (FY27) at Rs 1.7 lakh crore.

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 1012.25, down by 42.80 points or 4.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 1055.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 1054.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1063.35 and Rs. 996.95 respectively.
