Footwear stocks traded mixed as government proposes to allow duty-free imports of specified inputs, which is currently available for exports of leather or synthetic footwear, to exports of Shoe Uppers as well. 

Campus Activewear is currently trading at Rs. 258.00, up by 5.15 points or 2.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 252.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 252.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 261.10 and Rs. 249.15 respectively.

Bata India is currently trading at Rs. 869.15, up by 9.30 points or 1.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 859.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 861.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 895.95 and Rs. 851.80 respectively.

Metro Brands is currently trading at Rs. 1033.80, down by 17.80 points or 1.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 1051.60 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 1050.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1050.20 and Rs. 1023.55 respectively.
