Manjari Modi as the Senior Vice President – Centre of Excellence for the Wires and Cables Division, designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective from 16 February 2026; Appointment of Shri Manish Balodi as the Vice President – Business Transformation for the Wires and Cables Division, designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective from 16 February 2026. The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular ref SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given in Annexures A.
