Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to communication dated January 31, 2026, Delhivery has enclosed the revised Investors’ Presentation to address a typographical error. They clarified that 9MFY26 EBITDA was inadvertently mentioned as Rs 553 Crore instead of correct Rs 533 Crore, (on page no 5) in Investors’ Presentation. The same is rectified in the attached revised Investors’ Presentation and there is no other change in the presentation. The aforesaid disclosure will also be hosted on the Company’s website at www.delhivery.com
