Further, pursuant to the Company’s ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders’ the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from 1st January 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results are declared on 9th day of February 2026.
