MP Agro Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulation (LODR) 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of the company scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th February, 2026 to consider the Unaudited Financial statements for the Quarter / Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025 and Limited Review Report thereto. Further, in continuation of letter dated 22nd December, 2025, for closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till 15th February, 2026 pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
